Our Team Structure
Our Team Structure at Vivifica Healthcare Limited provides the leadership capacity and capability to deliver high-quality, sustainable care in our community. Our leaders have the skills, knowledge, experience and integrity required to deliver the relevant support to our service users and to our team. Our leaders understand the challenges to provide quality and sustainability to deliver a high standard of service. Our team includes a team of a psychatric consultant, mental health social worker, qualified health care assitant and marketers.
Our Team Leaders
Our Team Leaders will also hold a hands on role as the Care Lead and will adopt a ‘hands on’ approach, working with and taking responsibility for the care teams, applying the highest standards of modern and professional care practice.
Our Team Leaders and care team also consists of fully trained staff with care qualifications and significant experience gained from working across the NHS, supported living in providing care and support for people with mental health needs, physical disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Autism, Mental Health needs and people living with dementia.
